Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any figures discussed by phone or shown on this website are general indications only; the binding scope and price for a project are those set out in a signed written agreement.
Estimates are based on conditions visible at the walkthrough. Concealed conditions discovered during work — rot, water damage, wiring, or plumbing not in code compliance — are handled as a written change to the scope before the additional work proceeds.
Workmanship Guarantee
HomeWork Pros guarantees its workmanship for one year from the date a project is completed. The guarantee covers installation performed by HomeWork Pros.
It does not cover manufacturer defects in supplied materials (which carry their own warranties), normal wear, damage from misuse or neglect, alterations by others, or damage from storms, flooding, or other events outside our control.
Licensing & Insurance
HomeWork Pros is licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Current license and insurance documentation is available on request and is provided at the estimate.
Storm & Insurance Work
HomeWork Pros performs storm and hurricane damage repairs as a contractor. We can coordinate with your insurance adjuster regarding the scope of repairs.
We do not file, negotiate, adjust, or administer insurance claims on your behalf, and nothing on this website should be read as advice about your policy or claim.
Information You Send Us
Details submitted through the contact form — name, phone, email, city, and project description — are used to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to carry out the work. We do not sell this information.
